		<description>They need to be driven or forced into dropping the rates, I think the banks need no more than a further 0.25% margin to balance the books, so any further cuts after a further 0.25% drop should then be passed on - Hopefully!</description>

		<description>A bold move from the FED but as you have already pointed out - why would the BOE reduce rates when the UK lenders are not passing the result of these rate drops on to their customers!</description>

I agree rates need to drop nearer 1% in the UK as soon as possible, this to prevent a property crash!</description>
