With declining property prices, and the sun shining, the young and not so young are taking a look at gettting on the slippery ladder.

I think now is actually a good time to buy at the bottom end of the market for those in a position to do so. We have afterall got a huge housing shortage - and guess what, they dont make land anymore.

If you can afford the payments now in this climate with overinflated mortgage costs because of the overhang of the credit crunch, things should only get easier when all of the bad new is out, which is hopefully nearly done.

So go on, take a look, if your banking on staying in your first home for say more than 5 years, Trumpo feels now is a good time to buy, after all the sun is shining as im writing this and my coffee cup is well and truly half full!
