Trumpo and family are currently enjoying a well deserved break in beautiful North Wales, and such was the beauty of a recent trip to snowdonia that it’s led me to shout loud about the beauty on our doorstep.

Whilst the sun of the med or the soul of the Caribbean certainly hits the spot in the cold winter months for the Michael Winners of this world, for the great working population of blighty there surely can be no better place in the world when the sun is shining, than the beauty of Snowdonia - amazing panoramic views, fresh crisp air, great food and the realisation that we have one of the worlds greats on our doorstep.

We travelled up the fantastic Snowdonian mountain railway, and it was absolutely stunning. If you’ve never made the journey you certainly should, it really is one for the “must do before I die” lists.
