Will we be better off under the tories or labour? You decide.

I have been sitting on the fence for some time, and I have a feeling I will be still sat on it right up to polling day.

We don’t seem to be looking at the detail, we appear to be looking at the wife, the clothes and everything else apart from the things that matter.

This election is all about the economy, with the largest deficit of any western government this is an election of monumental importance for the country and our children’s future. We should not be voting based on a load of pretty pictures.

We need the best people for the job, not the prettiest nor the best dressed, just the best.

How do we decide who is best?

Is it better the devil you know or shall we give the new guy a go?

Who will deal with unemployment the best?

Do the wives play a part when the PM has big decisions to make?

Is it all about one man or the team behind him?

The list could go on, but I have a horrible feeling we are now adopting a US type of election process, it would not surpirse me if both the tories and labour have American’s in their camps. All I can say is ignore the bull and focus on the detail.

I will be looking closely over the coming weeks trying to make some sense of the circus.
