For months now the UK media has done nothing but deliver bad news.

Well for the month of August, Trumpo refuses to write anything negative.

Good news is there if you look hard enough, it’s in the small print but it’s there all the same.

Bargain deals on food and wine are being rolled out by the day as competition with the supermarkets for those precious few pounds intensifies. Smaller weekly budgets are driving families into finding ways to save money and bringing them all closer together as the lack of disposable income affects the entire family.

I believe with less money, people are looking at whats around them, beautiful countryside, great beaches and more exercise for the youth of today.

The credit crunch may not be good for your wealth, but it can be very good for your health if you let it!

No more overconsumption, people on their bikes, less traffic on the road, no lights left on, less gas and electricity being used, we are now greener than ever. The credit crunch has created millions of healthy eco warriors by default.

Our grandparents always said everybody was happier and healthier after the war when they had nothing.

Maybe Gordon Brown is a secret memeber of greenpeace!

Lets all take a deep breath and enjoy our new found fresh air – its still tax free!
