Is this the coalition calm before the full on financial storm.

For the last few months I have been really usnsure what to say, such is the level of uncertainty surrounding our fragile economy.

For the last twenty or so years, I feel I have always had a good idea of what the future economy will bring. Today however I feel completely blind as to whats going to be happening in the next twelve to twenty four months.

What we do know for certain is that it’s going to be a very rocky road for a heck of a lot of people. The cutbacks the coalition are going to be making will be savage and this is going to hit every town accross the country HARD. Nobody will escape the wrath of Dave and co, it’s dirty work but somebody has to do it.

As a country I feel we really are on a knife edge at the moment, and the news that Germany may pull out of the euro may just push some european countries economies over the edge. I am confident that we won’t go the same way as Greece, after all we are still holding our own on the world stage “Just” but it’s time’s like these you need to know who your friends are and I hope our govt are having a love in with as many economic world leaders on a daily basis as possible.

I am desperate for the emergency budget so we can see what we are actually going to have to deal with, it’s a terrible feeling at the moment as nobody will commit to anything. I feel like we are all just cruising along on calm waters at a snails pace,  just waiting to see how bad the storm ahead of us really is, with no radio contact and praying that our vessel is strong enough to survive the storm.

Grab your life jackets people, I think we are in for a rough ”Double Dip” passage – I hope i’m wrong!

Your Trumpo.
