Is everybody burying their heads in the sand hoping for sunshine?
Same old spin or scared to tell the truth ?
I am here listening to the calming Aled Jones via the BBC’s fab website having just had a very strong coffee wondering why we had no blog entries this week, and Im thinking that because nobody has any answers or ideas for the economic challenges ahead, the “repeat that comment” button appears to be permanently set from the banks and corridors of power.
The comments ringing in my head from this week;
Write those billions off – again! from the worlds largest banks
Labour blaming the Management of Northern Rock? – Hello – who bloody regulates them.
The Tories changing their stance on Northern Rock daily, playing playground politics when they should be working with labour to come up with an answer, they are obviously not bright or experienced enough to come up with any credible comment or suggestion.
Vince Cable from the Lib Dems the only one talking sense.
The govt trying to say that 15% home fuel bills and rising petrol costs are not real inflationary items? – and then MP’s fighting for higher than inflationary pay rises for themselves whilst the police and other services are bullied into taking lower than inflationary rises?
same old same old…..
What we do need is a little bit of sunshine, a little bit of good news is all thats needed to lift the country – and I have a sneeky feeling it will come, dont know where, dont know when, its just time for that black cloud to be lifted – lets do our bit to make some sunshine, make somebodys day – give a stranger a big smile as you walk by and watch them try not to smile too !
Your smiley happy Trumpo
